This is a fall prevention book. A book that retraines the stabilizing muscles, posture and propriception, spatial awareness to where the feet are in space. Helping rebuild safe stepping and walking to those who have begun to trip and fall. There are examples of a few clients who overcame this challenge who's challenges were developed for different individual reasons. I share 8 exercises that have worked with these particular clients, as well as other clients. There are muscles illustrations and exercise illustrations with directions for safety in each exercise
