Speed University


The experts at i Am Sports and Fitness have created Speed University provide young student athletes with the tools and techniques to achieve peak performance on the court and the field. We strive to build the fastest, most powerful athletes. The Speed University program is a level based program that starts with the athlete from the very beginning, teaching the basics of speed, agility and quickness. As you improve and test you will progress to the upper levels of training and elite programs. The program is for young athletes starting from age 5 through 18 years old. We also have special sessions for collegiate and pro athletes. Our program consists of exercises to: Improve flexibility Increase strength Improve power output Decrease ground contact time Increase speed/agility Increase core strength Prevent injuries
