Back Cross Step Slow

This line drill is called the backward crossover. Stand in the front two squares of a quadrant and step one leg back and across and then keep it going in a 1, 2, 3 motion. To progress, speed this up. Start to really rev up the nervous system and get those legs going. As our final progression, skip this motion and add a grade one plyometric. That's it.
