- Recognize pelvic floor dysfunction and why all women need to have this information at a younger age
- Perform postural assessments to understand imbalances often seen in women who lack mobility and experience common lower-back, neck or knee pain, incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, and/or diastasis recti
