Designing training programs for clients can seem overwhelming when you have to consider multiple fitness levels, medical conditions, past injuries, different goals, and all the variables that need to be addressed to ensure the program is comprehensive and result driven. It’s critical that you learn the correct rationale for cardio conditioning, and how to choose muscle conditioning exercises and sequence them effectively.
