Deadlifts are a staple to modern strength and conditioning, and for very good reason. They amplify many important aspects of human function and performance. The goal of this workshop is to uncover the value of lifting and shifting mass from dead positions. It is the trust of this workshop to elucidate the value of both protocols in a balanced training regime. Ironically, we deadshift often as a function in the tasks of life. We will put structure and science to the deadshifting in training.
