Many in health and fitness are beginning to learn about "metabolic flexibility." This is the notion that in order to promote health, we need variability in how we use energy at different intensities. In this ViPR PRO MetCon workout, we're going to expose the body to four different metabolic challenges to promote cardiorespiratory and metabolic health through fitness.
