Program design drives client success. Yet the art and science of planning day-, week-, month- and yearlong workouts is a skill most trainers should elevate to best progress clients long term. In this workshop, both lecture instruction—to give you a visual road map—and hands-on, practical exercise experiences will illustrate how to construct individual workouts and organize them month to month to build each key trainable attribute.

Having coached in the NHL for 11 years, Peter has worked with over 700 professional athletes.
