A matrix is a pattern or an uncommon group of exercises that when combined can magnify the effects of any given exercise. By creating a matrix you can creatively pre-fatigue certain muscles in order to target others. In this workshop, Eve will show you how to choose exercises for a matrix and explain the benefits of structuring your workout that way.
