Description

The foot and ankle complex is generally misunderstood. If not working well, the whole body will feel its effects and will not function properly. Low-back pain and shoulder dysfunction can, in many cases, have their roots in poorly functioning feet and ankles. This workshop will explain the nature and role of the foot and ankle complex and its importance to the overall function of the body.
