Description

Take the HIIT With SGT KEN utilizes military-inspired high-intensity interval training (MIHIIT), which involves exercising at close to 100% of your maximum effort for 60 seconds followed by 30 seconds of recovery. It's a race against the clock as participants are challenged to perform their absolute best in 1-minute intervals using body-weight exercises uniquely arranged like never before to generate muscle-fatigue.
