This session will take you through intervals of challenging, yet attainable choreography and intense body weight exercises.

Her career spans from Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Program Director, International Fitness Presenter and a TRX Master Instructor. She has also been selected as one of Canada’s Top Fitness Instructors for 2019 in Impact Magazine. Michelle specializes in group training which includes many aspects such as TRX, HIIT, Strength, Choreography and more. Her passion for fitness shows in her energetic, inspiring and intense workouts.
