Whether your clients need first-step quickness for team sports or MOB™, or they want to turn in a personal best at their next distance race, this course will help you train them for better running efficiency. We'll explore and define the three phases of running: acceleration, transition and absolute speed. In addition, you'll experience a new method of speed coaching and walk away with techniques you can apply right away.
