343: Reconnect to Your Center of Gravity

Contrary to what you may have been taught, the body's ideal center of gravity is in the pelvis, in front of the sacrum. Learn how repetitive postures and movements cause the center of gravity to shift and cause imbalance, misalignment and pain. When the body’s ideal center of gravity is reclaimed, posture and balance improve immediately and movement becomes more stable. Learn simple self-treatment techniques to share with your clients to empower them to improve performance and reduce their risk of injury.
