Program design drives client success. Yet the art and science of planning workouts for days, weeks, months and years is a skill most trainers could elevate to best progress clients long term. Both lecture instruction and hands-on exercise experiences illustrate how to construct individual workouts and organize them month to month to build each key trainable attribute of functional training and sport performance. The what-when-how of program design teaches how to train today and periodize 365 days a year.
