Try this Pilates mat work program, which is designed with progression in mind. You learn a system that starts with three repetitions of a basic movement, then move into four repetitions of the intermediate approach, and finish with three repetitions of the advanced version, giving you the ability to adapt your program to all client abilities. This format gives you the option of customizing workouts to best suit your clients'/students' goals.
