(body lengthening and strength training) is a workout that fuses together upright Pilates and body–weight progressions with traditional Pilate’s sequences. This unique workout melds together music, energy and smooth transitions between exercises to enhance the mind–body connection. By integrating functional resistance with dynamic lengthening sequences, this workout strengthens and lengthens the body, bringing it back to life!
