Propulsive and plyometric training are effective training methods for power and strength. The area that is generally overlooked when using these methods, however, is deceleration-a component that is important for all populations. This session covers the advantages of plyometrics while also exploring how to control your weight and movement while being pulled back to earth. Overcoming gravity through graceful movement is a skill!
