It's time for a total stretch makeover with this flexibility cross-training workshop. Learn how to use a variety of techniques and integrate stretching styles to be more effective. You will learn three distinct types of flexibility training: myofascial release techniques, different traditional stretches, and ROM or controlled rotation for better mobility.
