Description

Learn how to design an effective running program that incorporates strength training. Get on the cutting edge; get your clients outside and experiencing the joy of running. This is a practical session that will alternate between bouts of running and strength. Please note: this session will take place outdoors. A hat and sunscreen are recommended.
