In bodybuilding folklore, coaches often said, "You're using momentum, stop cheating!" Which makes sense if you're looking to isolate and stress specific muscle groups. But what if "cheating" is actually the most efficient way to move for most activities of daily living and sport performance? Harnessing momentum is the body's way of optimizing motion. In this session, we'll explore how to use momentum to fortify whole-body strength for various life and sporting endeavors.
