Description

Operation Pushing for Power utilizes the highly effective fitness training and testing techniques practiced by the U.S. military. Using scoring parameters based on age range and gender, participants are challenged with muscular strength, power and endurance exercises from 1946! It's a race against the clock as participants are challenged to perform their absolute best in 60-second intervals using safe and effective body-weight exercises while hoping to achieve the best score!
