This is a circuit-style format, where each station focuses on challenging one of the seven biomotor skills (strength, power, flexibility, coordination, agility, speed and balance) required for true athleticism in a fun and functional way. Your seven coaches will motivate you to perform at your best, with their own unique style, in this intense one-of-a-kind experience. Take away ideas for more than two complete circuits.

I've had the privilege of serving as an Instructor, Personal Trainer, Metabolic Technician, Run Coach, Group Fitness Manager, and Fitness Presenter / Educator. I've come to a point in my career where I find true joy in coaching and developing new and seasoned Instructors. I want to give back to an industry that has given me so much life by investing in the next generation of instructors . . . to help them find their authentic self, an edgy voice in this world, and a love for treating people with kindness. Luckily, I get to do this on a daily basis in my current role of Signature Program Manager for Life Time. I teach many different classes every week and fully believe in a well rounded and diverse fitness professional, and version of myself . . . but Strike! Warrior Sculpt EDG Cycle and Barbell Strength are my favorites! Through this industry (and Life Time) I met my husband and changed my life! I fell in love with MMA, discovered endurance sports, became an Ironman (5 times!) and recently qualified for the Boston Marathon. These experiences have helped me tap into the mindset, drive and heart of an athlete in my approach to class delivery. However, all this endurance stuff can get a little monotonous to my spontaneous heart. Give me a step, a grapevine, and a booty dropping beat and I'm in my happy place.
