Managing a team of personal trainers or group fitness instructors can be one of the most challenging tasks for any fitness director. Dealing with egos, personality conflicts and staff turnover can leave you feeling drained with little energy left to work on enhancing and developing your department. This 4-hour preconference will focus on important leadership skills so you can empower your team and inspire them to work together toward a common vision. This session will help you to clarify your role as a leader and provide you with practical skills to help you grow and develop your leadership potential.
