Surfing requires a great deal of balance and coordination, and it also relies on excellent core strength, endurance, stability and posture. Anything but your typical balance training class, this workout utilizes the Indo Board Balance Trainer and demonstrates how you can make even the most landlocked clients experience a challenging workout that leaves them feeling like they just surfed 20-foot waves in Hawaii. Come join the fun!

A few of my other qualifications are Kettle bells, TRX,Core conditioning,NASM PES/CES With over 10 Years experience in the industry from fitness manager to personal trainer now taking my career into teaching function. I love to surf when i have some free time and even watching the odd football game.
