Wendy owns Reel Fitness where she serves as VP of Training and Development, and is the Group Rx Training & Development Director for Power Music. She has spent more than two decades in the fitness industry, and brings more than 20 years experience training fitness instructors nationally and internationally. A division I scholarship athlete, Wendy brings achievable athleticism to the Group Rx family of programs. She have been creating pre-choreographed fitness programs since 2005 and has performed in more than 100 fitness and education videos.
