Robin began her career in health and wellness in 2003. Since then Robin has been dedicated to teaching health and fitness and her contagious energy and positive outlook has ensured she excelled in all areas. Along with being a passionate Group Fitness Instructor and member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, she owns O’Grady Consulting, helping individuals and groups with Mindset Coaching. Additionally she runs an annual apprenticeship program, mentoring new instructors into the AFLCA. Robin has become a regular Presenter and Educator at facilities and conferences across North America and is proud to be a Certified Mindset Coach, Master Trainer for Lebert Fitness and Assistant Trainer for the AFLCA. Robin is a dedicated educator and with her positive energy and radiant smile Robin’s sessions are always uplifting and inspiring!
