Join the four TOP GUNS on the flight deck of the USS Midway, the longest-serving U.S. Navy aircraft carrier, in this outdoor workout overlooking San Diego Bay. Work from head to toe with partner drills, body-weight exercises and team-building games that develop power and strength. Take away 30 new training tools you can use with your clients tomorrow. Note: This session takes place on the deck of an aircraft carrier, on a steel and sometimes uneven surface. We recommend you be in moderate to high level fitness to participate in this workout as it includes a jog to and from the ship. Space is limited to the first 150 attendees to sign up.

Douglas was inducted into the U.S. National Fitness Hall of Fame and has been honored by Can-Fit-Pro as the International Presenter of the Year. In 2014, Douglas was named IDEA’s Personal Trainer of the Year. Coach Brooks is the author of numerous books and cross trains according to the seasons.

He is a human performance specialist who trains dozens of elite, high-profile NFL and MLB athletes and is the head of the Under Armour® Performance Training Council. Todd is also the recipient of the 2004 IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year and the 2005 ACE Personal Trainer of the Year awards. Certifications: ACE, NSCA

Fraser Quelch is the director of training and development for Fitness Anywhere® and the creator of the TRX training program. An expert in functional training and endurance athletics, Fraser has presented at events worldwide and is featured in 19 fitness DVDs. Fraser holds a bachelors degree in physical education.
