The uneducated client may demand crushing explosive exercise to achieve results. Ironically, the pro athletes most capable of explosive moves know that fast is easy, while slow is hard. They use slow to build their strongest body. Fast exercise uses momentum, while slow-tempo, whole-body drills recruit more musculature and demand greater effort and focus. Your heart and muscles will be tested. Your brain stimulated. Your spirit ignited.
