These 15 to 20 minute progressions incorporate integrated full body movements designed to improve the functional skills of daily living. Utilizing the disciplines of yoga, Pilates, barre and tai chi, and age–appropriate Tabata–style segments, this workshop explores movements specifically chosen to improve joint mobility and stability, improving muscular strength, endurance and power while training brain
