BIG DANCE™ is the original ballroom dance group fitness program for anyone who wants to learn how to ballroom dance! Don’t worry if you don’t have a partner, the goal is to learn dance through simple sequences. Suited for all levels, the 55-minute class is designed to improve aerobic capacity and coordination using the steps and styles of 10 different ballroom dances. (Repeated as session 167.)
