Rubber bands are a known source of resistance used by rehabilitation specialists and power lifters alike. Why? They're effective! In this session, we'll explore "time under tension" principles and why elastic resistance training is thought to be more effective than free-weight training for strength and power gains. Now you can learn how to use bands to maximize the mechanical advantages of eccentric and concentric strength phases for better range of motion, strength gains and more complete stimulation.
