Challenge yourself with BODYPUMP, the original barbell workout that builds muscle and is fun! Learn the latest exercise science research on how to build muscle using high-repetition weight training and why it appeals to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Take away tools to bring magic into your classes, turning your workouts into an experience your members won’t want to miss!   In 60 minutes you will work all your major muscle groups using the best weight-room exercises, including squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, motivating instructors and your choice of weight will inspire you to get the results you and your members came for—and fast! (Repeated as session 226.)
