This presentation will cover communication as a "process"“meaning, how someone says something, the environment they say it in, the mood and background of the listener, and the nonverbal cues expressed. We’ll go further by looking into neuro-linguistic programming, and how to incorporate a client’s personality type and the stage of change they are in to optimize communication. In addition, techniques for setting SMART goals and motivational interviewing will be covered. Walk away with crucial information on how to engage and coach your clients to drive change in an energetic and impactful way.
