This preconference offering is split into four parts:

    1. Keynote Address: Everyone Is an Athlete 9:00–10:00am There is an athlete in all of us! Whether you are working with recreational athletes, competitive athletes or elite super stars, this inspiring presentation delivers the philosophy behind an athletic training system that is sure to elevate your game! (Lecture)
    2. Reawaken Your Biomechanics 10:00am–12 Noon Experience a state-of-the-art self-myofascial compression technique using Trigger Point Performance Therapy tools to reset youthful elasticity and strong movement mechanics. (Theory and Practical Application)
    3. Strong From the Inside Out 1:00–4:00pm Training the body using a deep-to-superficial 3-D approach creates perfect synergy between stability, mobility and power production for maximum muscle development. (Theory and Practical Application)
    4. Mobilize Your Machine 4:00–5:00pm Incorporate this sport-inspired muscle-lengthening routine to dynamically load the body and enjoy massive improvements in mobility. (Practical Application)

Cassidy Phillips is a biomechanical specialist concentrating on sports performance, injury prevention and the muscular structure that supports the efforts of the body in motion. His objective is to recognise the biomechanical challenges of movement and actions of everyday life and marry them with the biomechanical inefficiencies recognised within patterns of movement defined by a sport of choice or through sedentary patterns of movement such as sitting, walking and running.
