Maggie Downie is the owner and lead Pilates instructor of Personal Euphoria in Wethersfield, Connecticut. She is certified through STOTT PILATES and has trained with Lolita San Miguel, Mary Bowen, Ron Fletcher and Jay Grimes. Working regularly with postrehabilitation clients has led her to cocreate Workshops for Wellness, including Happy Neck and Shoulders. She loves to research the body when she isnÔÇÖt teaching.
