I agree with everyone else, yes yoga can help you lose weight but results do vary. Depending on your level of fitness, find which style of yoga would be more suitable for you. I’ve witnessed great results in women who combine yoga along with their resistance and cardiovascular workouts(4-6 times a week). As Jocelyn said, weight loss is more complexed but if you include those components along with proper nutrition consistently, you are on your way to achieving your weight loss goal.
