Here is a gym/company near me that does exactly this and has loads of toys. Trainers work for them or not and pay monthly or per client fees to them. Fees are reasonable for trainers and trainers charge whatever they like when trainer provides the clients. If gym provides clients, their fees apply…Fully equipped locker rooms would be necessity in my opinion for working clients. Private studio room (advanced booking) would be my dream 🙂
Are you talking about if I wanted to be able to rent space at my dream facility, what would that dream facility be like?
State of the art equipment, absolutely. A maximum number of people who could be using the space at any one time, and enough open floor space at least 8 – 10 people in a small-group personal training class to do calisthenics, kettle bells, ViPR.
The problem is, I don’t know if any space could outfit itself in the way I’d want it and still be profitable just by charging rent to 4-5 trainers max per hour.
