when you decide on which tests to administer as part of a fitness evaluation, age is only one of many variables. Your question should not be geared to a specific age but to the conditioning the person is in.
I looked at the parameters for the test. I assume you would consider me at age 59 an order adult, and yet there is no reason why I could not take this test. Let’s assume you were to test a very deconditioned and overweight person half my age – it may not be the test for them.
The question of what to test is one of relevancy and relative risk. You should err on the side of caution.
