I am an independent fitness center owner with a small software company wholly focused on software for the gym industry. I have just released to the public the first version of Insight. Insight is a gym management system specifically designed to take the headache out of the day to day financial management of fitness centers!
You can get a free trial at: http://www.gyminsight.com/insight
Any feedback would be appreciated!
I just wanted to give an update. No longer will anyone need to register for a “trial” version with time limitations for use. I just released Insight V2 which is updated with brand new features (like being able to enter members in a snap) and is just cool looking now too! The gym management portion is FREE! Please try it! I just want to pay my program forward to other gym operators alike. No obligation. But always love to hear your feedback so I can perfect it even more.
I hope you enjoy!
Hey there ! Thanks for showing me your new site. Much Much better !!! Okay, first , the site looks more modern and professional. Good work. The graphics though, the bar chart, and the other graphics on your slider, they are a bit old school, there are great modern graphics out there for you. I would also suggest investing in a good logo. If you go over to 99designs.com you can put up a competition for a great logo. I used to do my graphics over there. Its a great way to see many graphics and make a choice on the one you would like. The text you have in the dark grey banner across the front should be a bit smaller, you dont want it to overpower the rest of the text.
The rest is great !! Nice work
Thats great that you are developing software for the industry. I have done alot of web development in the past so here is my opinion. Like anything, others may have different things to say, so this is just my opinion.
Its too busy on the landing page, there is too much going on to really grasp what this is and why someone should use it. Like anything, you only have a few seconds to make a first impression so it must count.
Have you looked at other products web pages? The first page should grab them and say, you need this because………
There isnt a highly noticeable call to action button either, that is super important.
