Hi i know this is not your regular question , and it will not target a lot of people. i am curious to hear about other peoples advices in regards to nutriton and when to workout during fasting season(ramadan) in short, you start fasting from 4 am -9pm no food or water, dont ask why, its just a religious belief, so you have a window of food and water from 9pm-4am. what do you guys think is the best routine, to maintain or even gain better results during this period considering the fact that you are without food or water for a long period.
Somehow I don’t believe that practicing Muslims are overly concerned about fitness results during the 30-day fasting period. Their focus is very different.
Catholics do the same thing for Lent and it is generally longer–about 40 days. It appears that their collective focus is more on the faith as opposed to fitness outcomes.
