Why do you call fitness an ‘art’ as well as a ‘science?’
Approaching fitness holistically, I believe the fusion of creativity and practicality is essential in moving each individual toward their fitness goals. Along with over 20 years of experience, my greatest strength is my ability to draw from thousands of exercises, fitness disciplines, sports psychology techniques and nutritional principals to empower each individual he trains.
Anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, biology and more all form the SCIENCE of what we as trainers do. The ART comes from understanding how and when to apply certain scientific facts, and in how to present the science in a way that is understandable and interesting to a lay-public.
