Why do I have little to no wieght loss
Hi Alex,
It sounds like you are making great progress. With slower weight/fat loss when people are beginning a new exercise program, the scale may not change for some time. As others mentioned, the body is building muscle while losing fat and other things are changing from a cellular standpoint too: how the body stores and utilizes calories. Some people don’t see a scale change for as long as 6 weeks. Knowing that clothing is getting looser is a great sign.
I would encourage you to try to check your body composition or at least take some body measurements so that moving forward you could track progress and then make changes to your workouts or nutrition as needed.
Also: very simply, our bodies will change based on the F.I.T.T. principal. Check it out online and this:

Hi Alex,
it sounds to me that you have managed to built muscles while losing fat at the same time. That is the reason why the clothes fit better but the scale won’t budge. If you had been able to determine your body composition (fat weight vs lean mass), you would have been able to see the positive results.
If weight loss is your goal, then you need to maintain your current exercise routine but decrease your caloric intake a little, no more than 500 calories per day.
Good luck,
