I work out 5 days a week doing 1000 calories on the treadmill I also do wieghts targeting different muscles everyday but have not lost any wieght on the scale also have been watching what I eat
And if you want to gain muscle mass, you need to train appropriately and eat appropriately. It isn’t complicated, but it is different than most people actually think. Again, an RD and qualified instructor are the way to go.
