Why do I have little to no wieght loss
Hi Alex,
Just based on the information you’ve provided, you are not getting enough calories every day and you may be overtraining. It’s really difficult to assess since we don’t have your specific health history, height, weight, etc…, but that is how it appears.
You may benefit from contacting a Registered Dietician for your nutrition, and a personal trainer to set you up on a balanced program to meet your goals.
Best,
Christine
Hi Alex,
it sounds to me that you have managed to built muscles while losing fat at the same time. That is the reason why the clothes fit better but the scale won’t budge. If you had been able to determine your body composition (fat weight vs lean mass), you would have been able to see the positive results.
If weight loss is your goal, then you need to maintain your current exercise routine but decrease your caloric intake a little, no more than 500 calories per day.
Good luck,
