It could be a sensitivity to sugars, preservatives, stimulants, etc. Are you getting enough water? Or it could be portion size issue. You won’t know till you try eliminating some things and see how your body reacts.
A good rule of thumb, if you’re concerned, is to work with a dietician or nutritionist to identify the possible culprit.
