Hey Malik
Your cause could be due to many reasons check the points
1. It could be medical condition due to cardiovascular or circulatory make sure first you get it checked with the doctor to safety is first
2. Also check in to programming of your: exercise routines, exercise selection, Intensity, frequency, rest, tempo
3. Focus on training volume ,load and recovery protocols
4. Make sure you are progressing leaving time for adaptation with proper nutrition
5. Even if you are focusing on you fitness or aesthetics goals make sure you train for health first without neglecting, cardiovascular and respiratory, flexibility, mobility , hydration, sleep & nutrition to support your goals
