Is your question in regard to your credentials showing up on your IDEA Fitness Connect page?
If so, I had a similar issue last year after I got my NASM CES certification and I wanted it to show up in my IDEA profile. I believe it took over a week (maybe even two) for it to show up as “verified.”
I’d say give it some time and hopefully it should get taken care of. If it still doesn’t show up after a few weeks I’d recommend giving both IDEA and NASM a call to see what they can do to speed up the process.

The amount of time it takes to verify a certification depends on the certification agency and how often they check their verification queue, the volume of requests, their internal processes, etc.
In your case it looks like the NASM Certification details in your FitnessConnect profile are out of date. Login and update your expiration date so NASM can verify that you have a current NASM Certification.
