Have you considered weather what your ingesting is helping or harming you? Are you getting the nutrition you think you are? Many of the supplements on the market just pass through the body, or worse yet. They crystalize in the digestive tract where they can cause harm.

I don’t use supplements either, rather, relying on a balanced diet from natural whole foods. If someone insists on using supplements, I suggest they speak with a registered dietitian.
