since I only have a studio and personal clients, I do not have large volumes. I create a folder in Word for each individual client and keep all information for that one client there.
Our gym doesn’t have a policy / procedure for taking and storing photos and video. I don’t keep anything on the shared work computer. When I take a shot or video, I watch it with the client and we talk about what we are seeing, then I email it to them. When I get home, I save it to that client’s folder on my own computer.
Do you have a shared computer? You might keep folders by trainer (with a password? But if you turnover trainers often, maybe not) and sub-folders by client. Then use a naming convention that’s alphabetical by last name and includes the view and the date. Then when the trainer goes into the folder
